Smart Signage & Shop Management Mobile App

Timeline
The project was completed over nine months, including three months for research and planning, two months for design and prototyping, four months for development and testing, followed by ongoing improvements post-launch based on user feedback.
Background
Small businesses often struggle with outdated signage and customer engagement methods. Traditional paper-based systems were inefficient, leading to missed opportunities and operational challenges. This project aimed to revolutionize signage and shop management by providing an all-in-one mobile solution.
From analysis and design to execution and improvement, my UI/UX approach assures steady user encounters by employing a systematic, iterative process focused on user essentials and business goals.
